I had a fantastic experience with Mini Keramika! There was a minor shipping issue, but Jone at Mini Keramika was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. In today’s fast-paced world, I sometimes took a while to respond, but Jone always followed up with such understanding. They quickly sent a replacement for the missing item, and it exceeded my expectations. The packaging was excellent—plenty of bubble wrap ensured everything arrived safely. What made this purchase even more special was that my husband had lived in Bad Waldsee for a year, and seeing the mini ceramic replica of a place so dear to him brought a huge smile to his face. Bad Waldsee holds a special place in his heart, and he still keeps in touch with the friends he made there. He even taught at the Gymnasium while living in the town! If Mini Keramika ever offers a ceramic of the Gymnasium, I’ll definitely be purchasing it. After such a wonderful experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again!
